Class A CDL Driver – Home Weekly – Hickory, NC

Location: Hickory, NC (within 80 miles)

Job Type: Full-Time, Regional, Company Drivers

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

• Weekly Pay: Earn $1,150–$1,200 per week.
• Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $60,000+.
• Home Time: Weekly (minimum 34-hour reset).
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid $500 after 1st load, $500 after 30 days).

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers to join our team out of Hickory, NC. This is a home weekly position with competitive pay and great benefits. If you re an experienced driver looking for steady miles, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and guaranteed home time, this could be the perfect job for you.

• No-Touch Freight: Most freight is no-touch, but 50% requires live load/unload at customer locations.
• Deliveries: You ll handle 3–5 stops per day, with an average of 1,550 miles per week.
• Customer Interaction: Strong customer service skills are a must, as you ll be interacting with clients regularly.
• Schedule: Occasional Saturday loads, with night, weekend, and holiday work based on route schedule.

• Experience: At least 3 months of Class A CDL experience.
• Location: Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC.
• Transportation: Personal transportation to and from the Distribution Center (trucks cannot be taken home).
• Physical Requirements: Able to handle multiple stops daily and meet physical demands of the job.
• Customer Service: Strong communication and patience when interacting with customers.

• A mix of International
  , Freightliner
  , Kenworth
  , and Volvo trucks.

• Weekly Home Time: Guaranteed home weekly for resets.
• Paid Vacation:
  • 1 week after 1 year.
  • 2 weeks after 3 years.
  • 3 weeks after 7 years.
  • 4 weeks after 10 years.
• Supportive Team: Work with a tenured and experienced dispatch and operations team.
• Orientation: One-day paid orientation ($100 for completion).

• Mileage Pay (Based on Experience):
  • Less than 1 year: $0.63 CPM.
  • 1 year: $0.64 CPM.
  • 2 years: $0.65 CPM.
  • 4+ years: $0.66 CPM.
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first and last stop).
• Orientation Pay: $100 for one-day orientation class.
