X Group is seeking a Trucking Dispatch Specialist (Full-time, 40 hours/week) to join our US trucking operations. This role is crucial in managing Trucking & Cross Border services
, supporting Air, Ocean, and Contract Logistics first/final mile requirements.
Location:
New York City. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.
- Manage local & regional vendors for LTL, FTL, and Drayage
- Coordinate trucking assignments via Ex Works & Dray Master
- Develop & deliver training for Air/Sea/Road/CL operations
- Stay up to date on industry and regulatory developments
- Ensure tariff accuracy in TMS & renegotiate rates when needed
- Generate reports to optimize trucking operations & identify synergies
- Partner with BPO & stakeholders to drive process improvements
- 5+ years trucking experience (domestic & international freight forwarding)
- Expertise with TMS systems (Ex Works preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (oral & written)
- Advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency
- Organizational talent, multitasking ability & time management skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
