** Overnight Shift  
**** Night Yard / Dock Associate** (Full-Time)

* Location:

** Brewster, NY
** Pay:** $20 - $22/hour
** Shift:
** Sunday – Thursday // 8:00pm – 5:30am
** What You'll Do**
* ** Coordinate Night Loading:
** Act as the primary communicator between warehouse staff and night yard personnel to manage truck door assignments and loading/departure status.
* ** Ensure Safety & Compliance:
** Securely close truck doors following proper safety protocols and conduct visual inspections to ensure safe departure; report any safety or equipment issues.
* ** Maintain Records:
** Accurately log truck arrivals, departures, and door assignments throughout the night shift.
* ** Collaborate for Efficiency:
** Work proactively with both teams to minimize loading times and resolve potential delays in a fast-paced environment.
* ** Support Food Safety:
** Assist with quality control procedures, maintain a sanitary work environment, and notify management of any food safety concerns.

Skills:

** Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly and concisely in English; excellent interpersonal skills required.

* Experience:

** Prior experience in warehouse operations, yard, dock operations, or a related field is beneficial; strong understanding of safe food handling practices.

* Basic Qualifications:

** High school diploma or equivalent preferred, basic math skills, and must be at least 18 years of age.
* ** Work Ethic:
** Able to work the assigned night shift schedule (hours may vary) at a constant, rapid pace; adhere to all safety and company policies.
