Job descriptionExodigo is looking for a hands‑on US Logistics Lead to run the day‑to‑day logistics and warehouse operations that keep our field teams moving.
In this role, you’ll execute and coordinate daily warehouse, 3PL, and shipping activities, keep data accurate in Net Suite, and make sure equipment gets to the right place on time. You won’t own the full US supply chain strategy or budget, but you’ll be a key operator making it all work on the ground.
You will report to the US Logistics & Procurement Manager and work closely with US Operations and global teams in Israel.
What You’ll Do Daily Warehouse & Inventory Operations- Execute day‑to‑day activities: receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouses and staging areas.
- Label and track equipment, kits, and components according to company standards.
- Assist with Field test by demand.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and forward stocking locations (FSL) on inbound and outbound orders.
- Track service issues and elevate problems (delays, damages, missing items) to the US Logistics & Procurement Manager.
- Help prepare regular status updates and basic performance reports.
- Enter and update inventory transactions in Net Suite (receipts, transfers, shipments, returns).
- Support cycle counts and full inventory counts; investigate discrepancies and propose fixes.
- Keep bin locations, serials, and lot information accurate and up to date.
- Prepare shipments (domestic and international) according to packing and documentation guidelines.
- Ensure shipping labels, packing lists, and serial/lot lists are complete and correct.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups, track shipments, and flag issues proactively.
- Work closely with Operations, Project Managers, and field teams to prioritize urgent requests.
- Provide clear status updates: what’s in stock, what shipped, and expected delivery times.
- Help support kitting activities and readiness for new projects and field deployments.
- Follow existing SOPs for warehouse, shipping, inventory, and returns.
- Identify gaps or recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Help implement new tools, labels, checklists, and workflows defined by the US Logistics & Procurement Manager.
- Around 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL coordination in the United States.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP or WMS systems (Net Suite is a strong plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ownership over accuracy in inventory and documentation.
- Comfort working in a physical warehouse environment, including handling equipment and boxes as needed.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requests at the same time.
- Clear communication skills in English; able to work with both local and international teams (Hebrew is a plus).
- A practical, “get‑things‑done” mindset – you enjoy making operations run smoothly and reliably.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
