About Bombas

Bombas is a comfort‑focused premium basics brand with a mission to help those in need. The company launched in 2013 after the founders learned that socks are the #1 most requested clothing item at homeless shelters, leading them to donate one pair of socks for every pair sold. Since then, Bombas has continued to innovate, expanding into underwear and t‑shirts, and is committed to making a positive impact on the communities where it operates.

This role owns strategic logistics functions across our growing, multi‑node distribution network and elevates how we move product to customers, retailers, and community partners.

Responsibilities
  • Own relationships with parcel carriers, 3PL transportation teams, and various post‑purchase logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations during peak and off‑peak periods.
  • Forecast and actualize outbound shipping expenses, diagnosing and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform ad‑hoc analyses to optimize for speed versus cost or evaluate promotional shipping opportunities.

  • Manage invoice audit processes and tools, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
  • Implement and maintain rate‑shopping tools and rule sets.

  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and solving logistical puzzles.
  • Curious, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven.
  • Team player who is willing and happy to help.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Belief in our mission and understanding of the importance of giving back.
  • Inquisitive, loves to learn, embraces failure, and never gives up.
  • Comfortable staying focused while working in any type of environment.
What you’ll love about us
  • Smart, interesting, diverse, funny, and loving people.
  • Competitive compensation, employer‑paid health, medical and dental benefits, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, snacks, socks, and a fun, relaxed office environment.
  • We take the responsibility to make sure you are excited, happy, and find fulfillment in your work seriously.
  • We value fun and host office lunches, offsite team outings, and company retreats.
  • We believe in giving back to the community and volunteer regularly as a team.
  • All full‑time employees receive equity in the business.
  • Flexible paid time off: over 20 company holidays, year‑round “Flexible Fridays,” unlimited vacation, sick, and wellness days.
  • Monthly phone stipend for all full‑time employees.
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement of $100.
