Your Role: CDL Class B Driver

As a CDL Class B Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations by:

• Driving and operating bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) to deliver blasting products.
• Performing physical tasks related to product installation at construction sites, mines, and quarries.
• Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of your equipment.

This hybrid role consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work , including loading products, pulling hoses, and operating control systems in various weather conditions.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Local driving (1-3 hours)
• Early morning starts (4:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
• 10-12 hours per day with potential overtime
• Up to 10% overnight travel may be required

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Safely hook up and unhook trailers.
• Drive emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks.
• Handle raw materials and dangerous goods responsibly.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.

What You Bring

• At least one year of experience in driving and/or handling materials.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Attention to detail and good math skills for inventory management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds and carrying 50 pounds or more.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and climbing on/off the truck.

Your Qualifications

• Class B CDL required;
  Class A is a plus.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred (we support obtaining these).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
