Trans Force is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Vestal, NY.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

Schedule:

M-F; 7AM start; 4 stops per day. 10 hour days; 50-60 hours per week during peak season.

Pay:

$27 Per Hour

Route Type: local

Freight / Load Type: large plastic bags of bottles and cans

Equipment: 48ft rail gate dry vans

Handling:
Heavy touch - load bags of bottles and cans, up to 50 pounds onto the trailer

CDL A Driver

Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience:

1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Equipment

Experience:

Dry van, manual transmission (automatic restrictions may be able to be accommodated)

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate 48ft rail gate dry vans on local routes

Transport recycled bottles and cans in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including loading bags into truck

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs
