Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
Hourly rate range: $17.00–$22.00
. Part‑time. Work flexible, traditional & non‑traditional hours.
We’re looking for a dependable driver who can safely transport team members to inventory events, maintain vehicles, and support our accurate inventory process. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive on structure, working on their feet, and who want to turn focus and stamina into results.
Responsibilities- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- yers accurate inventory counts, using handheld scanners or counting tools as needed.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when exceeded.

- Assist the team by being reliable, disciplined, and focused on accuracy and consistency.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and the ability to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying early‑morning, late‑night, or other hours as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

The position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions. It also involves squatting, kneeling, crouching, use of ladders, lifting and carrying médicale items up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel via car or plane, including overnight stays.
