Job Description- Customer Service
- Order Entry & Sales Acknowledgments
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Make bookings with steamship lines or freight forwarders
- Coordinate trucking and follow up of import and export shipments
- Prepare US Customs documents for custom brokers
- Organize deliveries from Warehouses and/or Ports
- Assist completing Profits & Loss statement
- Handle samples and sample shipments
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all the inquiries
