Franchise Mover​/Driver​/Team Lead

As a Mover/Driver Team Lead for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving
, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.

Look, act and be a friendly College Hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction. SAFELY operate the junk truck at all times. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).

Make sure truck has enough supplies, safety equipment and marketing material.

CDL not Required.

PAY:

• Hourly rate plus additional incentives
• Effective Hourly Rate Ranges between $16-$22/hour (This includes base hourly rate plus incentives)
• Inclusive of base hourly wage as well as customer tips and monthly performance bonuses.

• Hours extended during Peak periods (over time is available)
• DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
• 21 years of age
• 4 years of clean Motor Vehicle Record (no violations)
• No Major Criminal History
• CDL Not Required

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour

Compensation: $14-$22/hour
