The Shuttle Driver - Transportation at The Breakers is responsible for transporting team members and guests to and from assigned destinations on Palm Beach Island using a company vehicle. The ideal candidate will deliver a positive and engaging experience in a personable manner. This role involves ensuring the security and proper maintenance of vehicles, clear communication with passengers, adherence to quality assurance standards, and demonstrating genuine appreciation towards guests and team members.
Candidates must be able to work 11AM until 7:30PM, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications- Active CDL License, Florida Driver’s License, and Passenger Endorsement required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain vehicles in good condition
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Transport team members and guests safely to The Breakers properties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle
- Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers
- Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation and acknowledgement towards guests and team members
- Follow any additional job duties assigned by the Supervisor
