Swim Instructor

Our Swim Instructors are responsible for delivering the best learning experience to clients by using their knowledge and expertise of swimming, aquatics and fitness. They must be punctual, reliable and upbeat. TWF distinguishes itself by offering the highest quality of service and having the most experienced instructors.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling clients and classes
• Tailoring lesson plans according to clients’ specific needs and skill/comfort level
• Arriving early to prepare for lessons
• Submitting client progress updates to Aquatics Manager
• Providing excellent service by showing professionalism, communicating well and always being prepared.

Requirements
:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• WSI a plus but not required
• Lifeguard certification a plus but not required
• Ability to teach at least three separate levels of swimming such as beginner, intermediate and advanced for child/adult
• Availability on weekday afternoons and weekends
• Experience working with infants is a plus
• Experience working with special needs is a plus

SALARY RANGE
: $60/ Hour
