Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports® is the nation’s first and largest youth sports league franchise business in the United States with over 1 million registrations in more than 500 communities from New York to Hawaii. Established in 2003 by Frank Fiume, the company’s mission is to provide a fun, safe, convenient, and sportsmanlike youth sports experience for kids ages 3‑17 in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

The flag football coach is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and delivers expert instruction in their designated sport. The coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game‑day information to players and parents using established platforms.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.

• Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self‑starter able to work independently.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings for the full season (~7 weeks).

Compensation: $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
