Job SummaryThe flag football coach is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and delivers expert instruction in their designated sport. The coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Responsibilities- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development and fun.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
- Communicate game‑day information to players and parents using established platforms.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.
- Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
- Highly motivated self‑starter able to work independently.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings for the full season (~7 weeks).

Compensation: $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
