Job Summary

. The role focuses on delivering personalized fitness programs, maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance on equipment use.

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients.
• Build and maintain a personal training clientele.
• Guide members on proper use of equipment.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Teach group fitness classes and provide coverage as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field, or a NCCA‑accredited personal training certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Industry knowledge in exercise testing, prescription, and operation of fitness equipment.
