Early Childhood Sport and Fitness Coach

Overview

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with children’s first sports experience. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, fostering healthy habits, life skills, and increased youth activity.

We are seeking coaches for our multi‑sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes, founded in 2003, has grown into one of the nation’s largest multi‑sport enrichment programs, enrolling over 50,000 kids each year. We take pride in a creative curriculum that focuses not only on sports skills but also on fostering social skills and character development, creating a positive and lasting impact on every child we coach.

• At least 2 years of coaching, teaching, or working with children (experience with early childhood ages 1–5 and children with learning or developmental disabilities is a plus).
• Dependable, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping children grow and thrive.
• Reliable transportation to travel 45 minutes to classes located across schools, parks, and recreational centers (3–5 locations per weekday).
• Comfortable using a mobile device for scheduling and communication.
• Prepared to work flexible hours, with a main focus on weekdays and additional opportunities on weekends.

• Weekdays:
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekends:
  • Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Seasonal
  
  Schedule:
  • Fall:
    Early September – Mid‑December
  • Spring:
    Late March – June
  • Limited hours in Winter (January – March) and Summer (July – August)
