As the Social Media Manager – Sports Sponsor ships, you’ll lead the charge in finding innovative, social-first ways to spotlight the unique perks T-Mobile offers through our sponsor ships of Major League Baseball, Formula 1, and more. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in-office) with frequent travel for on-site productions—where we often concept, capture, edit, and publish all in the same day.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Sponsor ships social team, the broader social org, and key internal and external partners, including Media, PR, Creator, and our agency teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in social media, on-the-ground production, and the sports world—paired with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail. You’re plugged into culture and have the creative instincts to turn trends into standout content.
