Stretch Specialist

PT‑Stretch Specialists support members in championing happier and healthier lives by building relationships. They provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, delivering a positive and educational member experience that upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract‑relax stretching
• Lead clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills
• Engage in all required training associated with the role
• Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients, including pre‑participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting
• Provide fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan
• Maintain certifications and stay current with industry trends, credentials, and continuing education
• Provide superior customer service, ensuring members feel competent, confident, and connected
• Document all aspects of client programming

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified personal trainer
• CPR and AED Certified
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds

• At least 1 year of personal training experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field
• Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)

This position will be paid commissions between 10% and 65% depending on the product and the Team Member’s productivity. The weekly minimum pay will be at least the applicable minimum wage for each hour worked.
