Senior Software Engineer

You’ll work closely with the founders, product leaders, and customers to build core product/platform capabilities. Engineers operate with high ownership and ship quickly, contributing across architecture, product decisions, and customer-facing features.

• Design and build scalable backend systems powering compliance workflows
• Own product features end-to-end from design to deployment
• Build and maintain APIs and data pipelines processing large volumes of data
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales
• Work with a small, high-performing engineering team shipping quickly

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building production APIs and scalable systems
• Product-minded engineer comfortable working closely with users
• Experience operating in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to move quickly
