Role Overview

As the Principal Consultant in HLS at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with Clients in New York to drive AI Consulting, Delivery, Demand generation, Growth, Scaling client experience in multiple programs and in turn drive growth for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice. Your primary responsibility will be excellent Client experience, superior delivery, managing account metrics, strategic client relationship management and driving thought leadership in action.

Responsibilities
  • Independently drive (Deliver & Grow) to $20MN+ annual revenue in consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma clients
  • Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/ Field force Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOp, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Global Pharma Practice head
  • Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 70+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioral sciences, and pharmaceutical analytics solutions.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive QBRs, MBRs, JBPs
  • Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels, resolving escalations
  • Hungry to grow client relationship globally with the right systems, processes and team structures
  • Comfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working amongst consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines with indirect reporting and direct influence by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
  • Manage account utilization and margins
  • Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.
  • Act as a long-term strategic partner, contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.
  • Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Full-time in Fractal and client office in New York (100%)
Qualifications
  • 20+ years proven track record of success in delivering, growing Analytics for Fortune 500 life-sciences clients
  • 10+ years minimum experience consulting with Fortune 500 life-sciences clients
  • 10+ years minimum fluency in driving AI initiatives and deliverables for Fortune 100 clients
  • Deep understanding of Gen AI, Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with CIOs, SVPs, VPs
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strong partnership management with direct reports and indirect reports across the horizontals and verticals in Fractal to drive successful collaboration, delivery excellence and cohesive account focus
