Java Full stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Full stack Developer for a Contract with a client in New York, NY
. This role requires strong full‑stack development expertise, particularly in Java/Spring Boot and React

JS, to deliver scalable and secure applications.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $51/hour; negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA, and Hibernate while supporting a microservices‑based architecture.
• Build responsive and user‑friendly front‑end interfaces using React
  
  JS, Redux, React Hooks, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Work with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases (Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL, etc.) for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Participate in full‑stack development by creating reusable UI components, scripts, and integrations across application layers.
• Implement CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, and contribute to code reviews, version control, and build/deployment processes.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability by applying OWASP principles, static/dynamic code analysis, and Agile development practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically, 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development using Java and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and front‑end development with React
  
  JS/Redux.
• Proven experience working with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization technologies, and secure coding practices (OWASP, static/dynamic analysis).

Pay Details: $45.00 to $51.00 per hour
