We have a urgent positions for a Sr. Python Developer in NYC, NY and Jersey City, NJ. Please find the below job description for your review.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Flask
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Implement advanced Python features including Metaclasses, decorators, and OOP best practices
• Develop and optimize data models using MongoDB
• Integrate and manage asynchronous communication using Message Queue systems (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, or similar)
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption standards
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Perform code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams for CI/CD pipeline integration

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands‑on experience with Flask framework
• Experience with Mongo
  
  DB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning)
• Deep understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and Python Metaclasses
• Experience with Message Queue systems (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, Active
  
  MQ, etc.)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience in financial services or banking domain
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in financial institutions
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus)
