Most hedge funds treat engineers as support. This one was built by engineers, for engineers, $60B+ AUM, no legacy stack, no bureaucracy. Just engineers building systems that directly move billions.

What You’ll Build

Depending on your profile, you’ll join one of the following teams:

• Trading & Execution : low-latency execution algorithms, order-routing, market microstructure (C++)
• Monetisation : signal deployment systems, portfolio construction, risk & execution engines (Python/C++)
• Platform Engineering : distributed infrastructure, data platforms, backtesting frameworks (Python)
• Research Tooling : daily-use tools for quant researchers, prototyping & productionisation platforms (Python)
• Risk & Factor Models : optimization platforms, factor analytics, risk modelling systems (Python/C++)

Who We’re Looking For

• C++ or Python engineer with a true builder’s mindset : you build systems, you don’t just use them
• Experience in: distributed systems, trading systems, low-latency, production ML, internal platforms or risk/quant tooling
• Background: top tech (FAANG/unicorn), HFT, market-making, systematic fund, finance experience is not required, engineering excellence is
• You think in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability, not just delivery
