This is a full-time, on‑site role in the New York City Metropolitan Area as a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks will include back‑end web development, programming, debugging, and implementing scalable solutions that contribute to the evolution of Side Shift’s innovative marketplace platform.

• Proficiency in programming and object‑oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong background in computer science and software development methodologies
• Experience in back‑end web development, specifically in building and maintaining server‑side applications
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of system design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
