Founding Engineer

We solve data cleaning and deliver accurate, clean data in four lines of code. Ultimately, this will be the clean data layer for everyone. For now, we are starting with financial firms. We make the best of AI and expert human review available via a simple API that integrates effortlessly into your existing ELT pipelines.

• Design, build, and scale our core data extraction, retrieval, and validation systems
• Work across the stack (Python backend, data + LLM pipelines, Type Script UIs) to deliver production-ready features
• Architect and optimize AI-powered workflows for speed, accuracy, and reliability
• Experiment with and fine-tune LLMs for real-world data challenges
• Build tools and automation to make our own engineering and data review work easier and faster
• Collaborate closely with the founder and early team to shape product strategy and technical direction

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack, backend/infra engineering (full‑time, not counting internships)
• A mix of high competence, work ethic, eagerness to learn, and kindness – we care about building a team that is smart and nice
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to work across backend, data, and UI layers
• Excitement about working with AI in a production setting
• Experience in Python; familiarity with Type Script and/or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take ownership from idea to shipped product
