Back End Developer

Our client, a Fortune 100 organization, is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. In this position, you’ll be tasked with working alongside fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for moderate to complex projects in a fast-paced environment while getting hands on UPSKILLING within Mule Soft and AWS to further your skills and career.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs from scratch using Java and Spring (Spring Boot)
• Develop and enhance integration solutions using Mule Soft
• Build and support API-led connectivity patterns and system integrations
• Modify existing Mule Soft flows, templates, and configurations to support new business requirements
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution for new and existing applications
• Support integration and system testing teams with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with peer engineers and technical leads to ensure consistent architecture and development standards
• Participate in change management and enhancement efforts across backend services
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, management, and cross-functional development teams
• Develop working knowledge of insurance products, platforms, and business processes

• 2+ years’ enterprise experience of Java development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
