Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Machine Learning​/ ML Engineer

• Build end-to-end AI solutions using foundation models (OpenAI, Gemini) with RAG, agents, and multi-call orchestration
• Develop ML pipelines for experimentation, fine-tuning, and production deployment at scale
• Drive architecture decisions and technical direction across AI/ML systems
• Mentor engineers and data scientists across the organization
• Turn complex healthcare data into intelligent workflows and personalized care experiences

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack SWE with a strong back-end lean or as an ML Engineer with experience building AI/ML products end-to-end
• Have built AI applications with foundation models and orchestration (RAG, agents, LLMs, vector search)
• Experience in at least one of the following AI product areas:
  Chatbots, Recommendation Engines or other GenAI applications
• Python fluency plus backend skills in Go, Java, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in CS, or Math, Physics, or related engineering field
• Comfortable working autonomously with little direction/support
• $220k–$300k base + equity
