We are seeking a Senior Lead Python API Developer to join our team at Virtual Labs Inc. in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position, requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing robust API solutions while ensuring best practices and scalability. The role demands expertise in Python, API development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in developing APIs with proficiency in Python, API, and OOP (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in designing complex systems using object-oriented programming techniques and design patterns.
• In‑depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Strong ability to conduct automated testing, ensuring code dependability and reducing bugs.
• Proficiency in subject design with the capacity to identify key areas subject to change and adaptability.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Must possess a strong collaborative mindset with a willingness to coach and mentor junior team members.

• Lead the development of high‑quality Python‑based API solutions, ensuring they meet scalability and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and determine functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Integrate APIs with third‑party applications and ensure seamless functionality across the platform.
• Implement automated testing solutions to ensure code reliability and efficiency, aligning with CI/CD practices.
• Document API processes, usage instructions, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
• Work closely with Dev Ops teams to monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
