We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Developer to join our team at Direct Recruit Agency. As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and websites using the Sitecore platform.

• Senior Sitecore 7-10 yrs development, including 9.x & 10.x
• Solid Azure env.
• MVC, .NET, C# & Java script, JQuery, VStudio
• Sitecore API
• Solr Search Engine
• Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC, including coding, testing, and documentation, independently.
• Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery.
• Collaborates with product owners and development team members to implement front-end POCs from concept to product delivery.
• Work as a cross-functional team player to augment the squad's needs as needed.
• Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members.

• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore-based web applications and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and scalable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore and other web technologies.
• Optimize website performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore updates, features, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in Sitecore development best practices.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform in-depth configuration/code reviews, and ensure design and coding adhere to security and architectural standards.
• An agile mindset to collaborate with the product owner, technical platform owner, and squad members throughout the product development life cycle to deliver product features rapidly.
• Sitecore advanced solution/developer certification.
• 8+ years of Sitecore Development Experience.
• Sitecore certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
