A well‑funded, high‑growth AI infrastructure company is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team working across product‑facing experiences and large‑scale backend systems.

This is a genuinely hybrid role not a narrow frontend or infra position. You’ll stay hands‑on with complex technical problems while leading and growing a high‑performing engineering team.

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and customer‑facing teams

• Experience as both an individual contributor and an Engineering Manager
• Comfort moving between product/fullstack work and backend/infrastructure
• Strong technical judgment and systems thinking
• Clear communicator who builds trust across teams
• Experience with ML/LLM infrastructure, observability, or developer platforms
• Open‑source contributions or familiarity with standards like Open Telemetry
• Background in high‑growth or early‑stage environments
