We are an early‑stage fintech company building a new financial platform designed to expand access to long‑term wealth creation. Backed by top‑tier investors and founded by experienced leaders from leading financial and technology companies, we are building secure, scalable infrastructure to support mission‑critical financial systems.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to be a founding member of our Infrastructure & Dev Ops team. In this role, you will own cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, and observability systems that enable the company to scale safely and reliably. This is a high‑ownership role for engineers who enjoy production systems, security, and enabling fast‑moving product teams.

• Own cloud infrastructure, security posture, and compliance readiness
• Implement and maintain SOC 2 controls and audit processes
• Build observability systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost as the platform scales
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Experience implementing security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools
• Experience with containers and orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and encryption
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools
• Proficiency in scripting for automation

• Base salary: $180,000–$275,000
• Equity: Competitive equity package
