As a Front Office Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing cutting‑edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, low‑latency systems crucial for pricing, quoting, and hedging a diverse range of financial instruments, such as USTs, Swaps, and MBS. You will also develop innovative platforms that enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks. A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging AI‑driven analytics for sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies.

• Advanced degree in relevant technical field.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential given the role will involve interacting with traders & salespeople.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly identify scope and impact of issues.
• Ability to work well in a team setting often with developers in other regions.

• 2-4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts.
• Experience in messaging middleware like Kafka.
• Experience in developing and testing distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of UNIX.

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$180000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
