New Grad Software Engineer

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick‑and‑mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

We have millions of ARR, best‑in‑class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.

Location:

New York, NY (relocation assistance available)

Compensation: $150,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity (.05% - .1%).

As a full‑stack engineer at Confido, you will spearhead the development of new features and systems from the ground up. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the product landscape and make a tangible impact on our technology and our customers.

• AI (computer vision + NLP) powered data processing of financial documents
• Scaling data collection capabilities across different sources
• Financial analytics and forecasting
• Interfacing directly with customers to understand their needs and craft intuitive UXs

• Strong technical background with at least 1 summer of engineering internship experience (Backend or ML / AI experience highly preferred)
• Scrappiness and interest in learning the ins and outs of the CPG industry

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk directly with customers and manage feature development
• Strong desire to work at an early‑stage startup and touch all parts of the product
• CS or equivalent degree
