We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team building the LPL Data Experience (LDX) platform—a cutting-edge solution enabling Business, Operations, and Data Stewards to cohesively view and manage data across multiple domains. This role is ideal for self-driven engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can design and deliver innovative solutions with minimal direction.

You will work on high-impact projects, applying an AI-first approach and ML engineering principles integrated into the SDLC to accelerate solution development and deliver faster time-to-market for critical business needs such as reconciliation frameworks, data governance, and lifecycle management.

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications with expertise in full-stack development on AWS Cloud using containerized and serverless architectures.
• Architect and implement solutions that enable cohesive data management across multiple domains within the LDX platform, including UI development with Angular, API development using Python and .NET, and optimized event-driven microservices for real-time data flows.
• Integrate AI-first and ML engineering principles into the SDLC, embedding intelligent automation and predictive capabilities from design through deployment.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions for use cases such as intelligent data mapping and agentic AI reconciliation frameworks.
• Champion API-first development principles to deliver modular, reusable services that accelerate LDX’s scalability and modernization goals.
• Evaluate design proposals and investigate solutions and process improvements that deliver highly scalable and high-performance applications.
• Apply optimization techniques for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with domain teams and partners to deliver cohesive UI suites that accelerate product vision and deliver business value.
• Collaborate with data stewardship teams to embed governance, lineage, and reconciliation frameworks into platform workflows.
• Provide technical leadership through best practices in AI/ML integration, cloud-native development, and modern SDLC methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and solution design.
• 5+ years of strong proficiency in frontend technologies:
  Angular, Type Script, HTML/CSS, with experience in Angular concepts such as components, modules, services, and dependency injection.
• 5+ years of expertise in API-first architecture, including designing and implementing RESTful and event-driven microservices.
• 3+ years advanced experience with AWS services (EC2, Fargate, Lambda, Glue, S3, RDS, Redis, Elastic Cache) and serverless architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
• Familiarity with ML engineering practices, including model integration, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, integration patterns, and real-time data processing.
• Proven ability to apply performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and efficient API design.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (AWS Cloud Watch, Dynatrace) for monitoring and troubleshooting.
