Delivery Module Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and a deep understanding of modern software development practices, particularly in the areas of Microservices, APIs, Event Streaming with Kafka, and Flink on Azure. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive project delivery while ensuring high-quality standards and fostering collaboration within the team.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java, Microservices, and APIs.
• Architect and develop event-driven systems utilizing Kafka and Flink to ensure efficient data processing and streaming.
• Oversee the deployment and management of applications using Helmware on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and API development.
• Hands-on experience with event streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.
• Familiarity with Flink for real-time data processing.
• Proficient in deploying applications on Azure using Helmware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of cloud-native application design principles.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for distributed systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful software development projects.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
