About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and evolution of complex, enterprise‑grade systems within a financial services environment. This role is architecture‑focused with hands‑on development, and requires deep technical fluency and the ability to guide engineering teams through implementation.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, drive architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions. This position does not include people‑management responsibilities, but it does require strong leadership, communication, and technical authority.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, patterns, and frameworks to support long‑term platform strategy.
- Produce high‑quality architectural artifacts (diagrams, standards, roadmaps).
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Architect or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Strong background in C#,
Azure cloud services
, and React
. - Proven ability to design distributed, cloud‑native, and event‑driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and hands‑on development experience.
- Demonstrated success leading architecture for complex, multi‑team initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
