Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven full‑stack engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled individual comfortable with rapid development cycles and end‑to‑end project ownership.

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Push complete projects into production from start to finish.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Minimum 3 years in full‑stack development.
• Exceptional coding skills and ability to ship code quickly.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, Next.js.
• Experience building with LLMs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work from our NY office full‑time.

Compensation Range: $130K - $225K
