Technical Architect, AI driven SDLC

We are seeking an innovative Technical Architect to lead the integration of Generative AI into the Software Development Life Cycle. This is a hands on architecture role focused on transforming how software is built by embedding AI across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate must have strong recent coding experience and a proven track record of building scalable enterprise applications while applying AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and quality.

• Define and implement a Gen AI driven SDLC framework from requirements gathering through deployment
• Design and build AI powered tools to automate requirements gathering, code generation, and test case creation
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation systems using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Open Search
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate multi step development workflows
• Implement AI orchestration using frameworks such asLang Chainor Llama Index
• Fine tune open source LLMs for organization specific use cases
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI into daily workflows and CI CD pipelines
• Develop scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot,FastAPI, or .NET Core on AWS or Azure
• Implement CI CD automation using Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform
• Act as a customer facing technical advisor to guide organizations through Gen AI adoption in SDLC
• Conduct workshops and support customer enablement initiatives

• 8 to 15 years of total experience in software development and architecture
• Minimum 2yearsduration in each of the last 3 to 4 projects
• Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred, ideally Computer Science
• Strong recent coding experience in Java, Python, .NET, or C#
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications on AWS or Azure
• Hands on experience with CI CD automation tools such as Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform
• Experience building tools for code generation, requirement automation, or test automation using AI
• Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Open Search
• Hands on experience with AI orchestration frameworks like
  
  Lang Chainor Llama Index
• Strong understanding of full SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Active architect and hands on developer, not project management focused
• Demonstrated AI integration beyond simply using
  
  ChatGPTor Copilot
• Clear code level contributions and architecture ownership
• Strong stability in previous roles
• Candidates focused primarily on technical writing, business analysis, or reverse engineering
• Candidates whose automation experience is limited toUiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
• Candidates with PMP heavy profiles without technical depth
