As a Senior Application Designer and Developer, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

• Teamwork with a get‑things‑done attitude and autonomy to create impact.
• Contribute to design and architecture investigations and decisions.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality software against aggressive schedules.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, fostering trust and value.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity.

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building successful production‑scalable software systems preferred.
• 3‑5+ years of experience with Java or C#.
• 3‑5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, .NET, or .NET Core.
• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• Strong communication skills with staff at all levels.
• Self‑ and quick learner across languages and technologies.
• Analytical mind with problem‑solving aptitude.

• Passion for delivering commercial software products and platforms to market.
• Deep technical curiosity and continuous learning.
• Clear communication with developers, clients, customers, partners, and executives.
• Hands‑on experience with technology and execution.
• Understanding of modern software engineering processes.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges from $102,500 to $187,900 (countrywide) and $122,900 to $213,400 for major metros. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
• Hybrid working model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
