Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing cross platform mobile applications using Flutter within the Financial Services Insurance domain. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business teams to deliver high quality, scalable, and secure mobile solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Implement responsive UI components and ensure seamless user experience across platforms
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
  • Work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language
  • 6+ years of experience in building cross platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • Knowledge of state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
  • Good problem‑solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to native mobile development (Android or iOS) for platform specific integrations
  • Experience with CICD pipelines for mobile app deployment
  • Knowledge of insurance domain processes and compliance requirements

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 93,000 to 128,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to:
Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
