Pangram Labs is hiring a Full Stack Growth Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will rapidly prototype and ship growth experiments across the entire stack. Most of the work is building new projects from scratch — standing up landing pages, referral loops, new product surfaces, and whatever else we think might move the needle on user acquisition and engagement.

We're looking for someone scrappy who loves building things fast and seeing immediate impact. You'll have a lot of autonomy to identify opportunities and run with them.

This is an in-person role in our office in Downtown Brooklyn, NYC.

• Prototype and ship new growth experiments, tools, and product surfaces from the ground up
• Build full stack projects from scratch to test new acquisition channels, referral mechanisms, and conversion optimizations
• Instrument analytics and tracking to measure experiment impact and inform iteration
• Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize ruthlessly
• Own projects end-to-end and move quickly

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related areas
• Strong full stack engineering skills with deep expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Django, Rails, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship projects quickly and independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong bias toward action

• Experience as a technical founder or early engineer at a startup
• Background in growth engineering, marketing technology, or conversion optimization
• Mobile development experience (iOS/Android or cross‑platform)
• Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Post Hog, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms
• SEO, paid acquisition, or other marketing channel knowledge
