Flutter Developer Mobile Applications

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart within the Financial Services and Insurance domain. This role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build responsive and reusable UI components for both iOS and Android
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across platforms
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs
• Optimize application performance and resolve defects and production issues
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, and compliance standards required in regulated environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Proven experience building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod
• Solid understanding of REST APIs

• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Exposure to native mobile development (Android and/or iOS) for platform-specific integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build and deployment
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments
• Understanding of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements for mobile applications
