This fully systematic trading firm operates across global markets and consistently ranks within the top three of its traded markets. Having grown steadily from its origins in Options, the firm continues to expand its global footprint through diversification into new asset classes and the onboarding of highly experienced engineers, traders, and researchers.

Here, engineering sits at the heart of trading performance. Engineers work in a flat structure with minimal bureaucracy, sitting side-by-side with traders and researchers to tackle complex and intricate problems. Technical decisions feed directly into trading behavior and P&L, giving engineers a close connection to how their work performs in live markets. There's significant scope to make visible and impactful technical contributions, meaning you’ll always know exactly how your work fits into the firm’s wider vision.

Owing to their proven track record of continued success, the firm’s Head of Low Latency Engineering is now crafting a select team of experienced software engineers to lead the development of a new trading platform. Projects will span the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, working on design and architecture through to implementation and continued optimization. With no legacy constraints, engineers will help define the platform’s architecture from day one, with a strong emphasis on low latency, real-time market data processing, and performance-critical systems.
