• Design, estimate, and build new Android features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines
• Translate product requirements into well-structured, well-tested, and well-documented code
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while improving performance and stability
• Contribute to CI/CD, tooling, and infrastructure improvements using modern development tools
• Review pull requests and mentor other engineers on the team
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution brainstorming
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern Android development best practices

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years focused on Android
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and MVVM architecture
• Experience integrating REST APIs and using tools such as Gradle and Git Hub Actions
• Familiarity with JUnit, Room, Jetpack Navigation, and Firebase
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with designers and product managers
• Proven ability to deliver maintainable, high-quality, production-grade code
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work onsite in New York City three days per week
• Must already hold a transferable H-1B visa status
