• Lead the technical direction of the employer’s acquisition platform, enhancing system stability and user experience
• Build scalable APIs and microservices to facilitate efficient data access and informed patient decision-making
• Collaborate with design teams to improve user experiences and the overall customer journey
• Engage proactively with product teams to align on vision, strategy, and execution of projects
• Mentor engineers and drive team excellence through coding standards and continuous improvement

• Experience owning and evolving complex, user-facing platforms end-to-end
• Proven track record of designing and building performant systems with a focus on SEO and page speed
• Expertise in architecting full-stack solutions, including backend APIs and AWS infrastructure
• Familiarity with integrating third-party data sources and content management systems
• Experience leveraging large language model (LLM) systems for actionable insights

• Experience in mentoring and collaborating across distributed teams
• Knowledge of best‑in‑class practices in testing, CI/CD, and system performance optimization
