Join Candid Health as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, a founding member of our new Forward team. You will work directly with company leaders, clients, operations, and sales teams to design technical solutions, embed with subject‑matter experts, and solve real‑world problems in our product.

• Design and implement solutions: architect and build core product features that align with client needs, fix bugs, and tackle the most critical problems our customers face across the platform.
• Partner with customers and operations: build relationships with subject‑matter experts, users, managers, and executives; serve as the technical expert for our products and services; communicate technical aspects effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Have broad organizational impact: collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, product management, engineering) to ensure seamless implementation, provide feedback to enhance products, and build solutions that improve the product for our growing customer base.

• Completing a Bachelor or Master of Science/Arts in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or a related field.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD. This range is a guideline from Pave data; actual base salary may be modified based on job‑related skills, experience, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Candid Health values the equity upside and operates with a minimal hierarchy and broad experience ranges.
