What We’re Looking ForWe’re hiring a Founding Flutter Developer to help ship bold, behavior-driven consumer apps across multiple verticals. You’ll own the front-end UI implementation, drive pixel‑perfect execution, and collaborate closely with design, product, and AI engineers.
This role is ideal for someone excited by fast iteration cycles, experimental interfaces, and building with AI-native tools.
Key Qualifications- Ability to ship fast and iterate quickly in MVP‑stage environments
- Strong experience with Flutter, Riverpod, and Dart
- Hands‑on with Firebase, Revenue Cat, Google Maps, and XMPP
- Obsessed with design fidelity and UI/UX polish
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor, v0.dev, and AI‑integrated dev workflows
- Experience working with REST APIs, third‑party libraries, and mobile architectures
- Experience integrating with social APIs and creator platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile, test‑driven development, and startup‑style independence
- Bonus: exposure to vertical SaaS, consumer wellness, or commerce products

Bi‑weekly team check‑ins
Compensation10‑20% equity in the company you launch. $200k invested and salary granted after revenue benchmarks achieved. No visa sponsorship, & we do not accept CPT / OPT applicants.
How it works:- Month 1, Build MVP and launch app on google play and IOS app store.
- Month 2, Build a founding team with the addition of CEO, CMO
- Month 3, Aura Labs will invest working capital in the portfolio company, and lead subsequent raises.
