A top NYC based fintech startup that is a banking and cash management platform is looking for a seasoned software engineer to join their growing technology team. This role involves shaping the future of the company's platform, working closely with engineers, designers, and founders to design, build, and iterate on core products. The successful candidate will own projects end-to-end, from scoping to building, testing, shipping, and refining based on real-world feedback.

The team is small but strong, coming from top companies. This role is open to candidates who love crafting clean, fast, and intuitive user experiences, are comfortable with ambiguity, write maintainable, high-quality code, and are willing to contribute to the engineering culture.

• Skilled in Kotlin, Type Script/React, Postgre
  
  SQL, Google Cloud
• Comfortable designing APIs, debugging complex systems, writing tests
• Interest in (or willingness to learn) basic financial concepts
• Proven ability to lead and deliver technically challenging, cross-functional projects
• Startup or small-team experience is a plus
• Experience with B2B companies like Square or Toast
• Experience with consumer apps is a major plus
