Associate Software Engineer - Front End

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-office.

This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to customer acquisition and business growth by developing performance-driven web platforms using modern front-end technologies like React. You will be a vital member of the Customer Growth team, receiving mentorship while your code scales campaign delivery initiatives across the organization.

• Develop High-Impact Web Assets
  :
  Code, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS landing pages and web/app integrations that directly drive customer acquisition and conversion.

• Work with Cutting-Edge Front-End Tech: Gain hands-on experience utilizing React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES2025) within a large-scale system.

• Optimize for Growth: Implement critical performance techniques, including A/B testing and dynamic personalization, to maximize conversion rates and support key growth objectives.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing and Design teams to translate business campaign requirements into functional, tracked web solutions.

• Learn from Senior Engineers: Be mentored by experienced developers on architecture and best practices, accelerating your understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scaling initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.

• 2+ years of JavaScript along with experience working on a number of large-scale, consumer facing web projects.

• A Front-End Fundamentalist:
  You possess a foundational understanding and practical experience (1–2 years) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have exposure to a modern framework like React.

• A Team Player and Communicator
  :
  You excel at collaboration, are comfortable participating in PR cycles, and can clearly articulate technical ideas to both engineering peers and business stakeholders (Marketing, Design).

• Accountable and Eager to Learn: You take ownership of your tasks, are proficient with Git-based workflows (Git Hub/Bitbucket), and are committed to consistently delivering tickets while seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement.

• Detail-Oriented Integrator: You are precise in your development, ensuring high quality, cross-client compatibility, and seamless integration of code with APIs and campaign management platforms.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $100,000- $125,000K USD.
