They’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer – Creative Systems Architect to help transform novel research into production-grade tools used across video, design, and storytelling applications. This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role at the ground floor of a deeply mission-driven company.

• Build and scale ML systems from early prototypes to production-ready creative applications.
• Design inference pipelines that integrate video, text, image, audio, and 3D content into dynamic multimodal outputs.
• Implement low-latency serving strategies and progressive rendering for real-time interactivity.
• Optimize models using quantization, memory management, and distributed architecture for high-frequency use cases.
• Engineer backend systems capable of handling billions of requests while maintaining high fidelity and responsiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure artistic direction is embedded into system feedback loops.

• Proven experience in deep learning system architecture, especially with PyTorch or JAX.
• Strong foundation in ML design, training workflows, and model evaluation best practices.
• Demonstrated success turning experimental ML models into high-performance, user-facing applications.
• Broad familiarity with ML literature, with interest beyond just generative models.
• Ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to solve tough technical problems that don't yet have playbooks.
