AI Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Senior or Staff Software Engineer.
Full- stack Typescript, React, NodeJS/NextJS,Terraform, AWS, Built or shipped AI/LLM- powered features, 5 - 8 years of experience in software engineering
We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our early team. This is a full-stack role with a backend lean, ideal for someone who’s built end-to-end features, cares about product quality, and is excited to work across infrastructure, application code, and UX.
As we evolve the platform, we’re integrating AI thoughtfully both in how we build and what we deliver. You’ll help shape user-facing features where LLMs and automation improve hospital workflows, while also using tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and Copilot to move faster and build better. We’re looking for someone who’s not just comfortable with AI in the loop, but curious about how it can reshape the user experience in high-trust domains.
We are a seed-stage startup helping hospitals manage patient nutrition safely and efficiently. It’s a huge, overlooked market, where food is both medicine and logistics.
For patients, that means a mobile app where they or their caregivers can order meals that are safe for their condition. For hospitals, it means automating diet orders, tray tracking, and compliance so staff save time and reduce errors.
We’re a tiny team right now (just 8 people, with 5 engineers) and everyone works full stack. Engineers here own features end to end and use AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and ChatGPT daily to speed up development. We’re also beginning to build AI-driven workflows into the product itself.
Because we’re this early, every hire shapes not just the product but also the culture and how we scale. It’s a big ownership opportunity. We’re backed by top healthcare investors and already seeing strong traction.
